Northern train services between Manchester Victoria and Clitheroe, Wigan Wallgate, and Blackpool North will start / terminate at Manchester Oxford Road.

TransPennine Express trains between Liverpool Lime Street and Newcastle will be diverted to start from / terminate at Manchester Piccadilly and will not call at Manchester Victoria or Liverpool Lime Street. [439]
